“The experience on the Colorado River was one that will live with me for the rest of my life. The paddling, the hiking, the hot springs, the laughter, oh the laughter! The meals were far better than I anticipated and I felt catered to at every moment and with each emotion that arose. While the time in nature did most of the soul work that I needed, the topics, questions, exercises and ceremonies facilitated by Kelly and Hilary will feed me for years to come. I am, we are, already planning for our alumni trip and I have decided that it is mandatory for my health and well-being to do this, or something like it, every year.”

"Thank you for facilitating the (Green River) trip. It was very rejuvenating in many ways - being unplugged from work, news, kids, etc...I cannot recall a time since kids when I have been so out of touch and yet things were so relaxed.
It was also great to see that there are many other people with similar challenges and to know that we are not alone. Plus the laughter with everyone was an elixir that I will remember for a long time".

"I have had the privilege of going on two Parent’s Journeys with Kelly and Hilary. They are pros at facilitating extraordinary therapeutic experiences that are filled with fellowship, laughter and awe-inspiring nature".

Working alongside Hilary and Kelly in the backcountry is a delight. Each adds intention, care, and humor; they notice the small things and take action when necessary. The quality of facilitation and support far exceeds their client’s expectations, and their foundational programming allows individuals to feel safe and supported even when challenged.
The group takes care of each other, while each person is given the space to find themselves again. Kelly and Hilary connect and spend time listening and sharing authentically with each individual; both of these ladies have the ability to make the group feel safe and open. As a result, individuals walk away with a true “rooted connection” to their experience and each other.
