We are about to head out on our women’s retreat in the Black Canyon and we cannot wait!!
We are packing up our gear, noticing pre-trip excitement and jitters, and reflecting upon what we hope to gain from this trip. As always, we highlight the chance to disconnect from the day-to-day in order to reconnect with ourselves and with nature. We are excited to sit in natural hot springs and have a night of riverside camping. Once off the river and after a night of creature comforts, we get the awe-inspiring opportunity to rock climb and repel in Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
Discussion themes for this trip include: defining success, learning our relationship between authenticity and attachment on the path toward wholeness, and of course, integrating the lessons as we reconnect with our day-to-day lives.
